- Season duration or frequency of use is not guaranteed due to weather, snow, mountain conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Tenney Mountain Resort.

- Season passes are person-specific and are NOT TRANSFERABLE. Sharing or transferring season passes is strictly prohibited. Tenney Mountain reserves the right to revoke, cancel, or deactivate any pass found in violation of this policy without refund.

- All season pass purchases are final. There are no refunds after purchasing a 2026/27 season pass.
